Of course, this is aside from checking out the stats of the site. I am more concerned on how much the webmaster is passionate about maintaining the quality of his site, and if that is so, then I would be happy to link to that site. But of course nothing beats having a great content worth linking to. :) Have a great day! It all sums up to find a high quality related site and then establishing a great online relationship with the webmaster. Of course, this is aside from checking out the stats of the site. I am more concerned on how much the webmaster is passionate about maintaining the quality of his site, and if that is so, then I would be happy to link to that site.
